Join The Race to End Breast Cancer – We are nearing the $500,000 mark!
What started off as a small race put on by a small group of friends trying to raise money and awareness about breast cancer, has transformed into a celebration of survival and a donation of $396,700 to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF)! As the race heads into it's 7th year, we encourage you to bring your friends, family, co-workers, and dogs to join the “Sea of Pink” on September 30, 2012 and come out to walk or run the 3km, 5km, or 10km course in scenic Strathcona Park in Medicine Hat, Alberta and help us to reach our goal of surpassing the $500,000 mark in total donations to CBCF. Past participants continue to comment on how wonderful the event is, and it gives them a chance to DO SOMETHING ABOUT BREAST CANCER. Please join us to salute the people in your life who have survived this horrible disease, to encourage those who are currently fighting the battle, or honor the memory of those who lost the fight. Seven years ago, that small group of friends envisioned a future without breast cancer, and by participating and contributing to the Bustin’ Loose Race to End Breast Cancer, you too can be part seeing that dream become a reality!
